This time we decided to survey which pant detailing consumers prefer. We applied our statistical algorithms so you can know which style will be the bestseller. The favourite style for everyone was the thick and thin detailing. The cutout3, cutout and thong style are a drop! We do not recommend them they received the lowest scores. To guide you towards the right assortment decisions, we classify products into 3 categories: Volume, Medium and Drop. In our surveys, we are going to guide you with recommendations on which products you can offer in Volume, which are Medium: trends that will offer novelty and sell in a medium sales volume and which you should buy as a Drop, ie. in a lower volume. If priced equally, consumers are 14% more likely to purchase a garment if the label states ‘Made in Europe’. Consumer don’t value the fact that it is locally sourced as much as they value the materials globally. A production country could be an interesting study: (example: Made in Portugal, Made in Italy) to understand nuances. A label stating obviously that this garment was produced ‘locally’ vs ‘internationally’ & ‘ethically/ fair-trade’ vs ‘sustainably’ could provide some deeper understanding in the scale of values and understanding of consumers.
